Do you list all the products you sell on your web site? - No, Products are changing so frequently that the website's products and pricing would need to be updated almost daily. I cant see something in your price list, can you get it for me? - Most certainly, simply E-mail us the product details and we will promptly reply with availability and a quote for it. What warranty do you provide on parts and systems? - Our warranty is based on the manufacturers warranty, which can range from 1 year to three. ALL waranties are on a Return To Base basis, which means that freight is paid for by customers. Where can I get advice on hardware components? - E-mail or phone us and we will provide as much assistance as possible. What freight methods do you use to ship goods? - We use Australia post standard freight as a standard, however if you have your own courier account we are happy to send your purchase by this method. Freight charges are included in the overall purchase price of any items ordered. What are your freight charges? - Freight charges are passed on directly to the purchaser and included in the invoice total. We only charge what we are charged - no profit is made on freight.
